The President-Elect of the Philippine Nurses Association of America 2020-2022. Currently, the Staff Development Coordinator of Primary Care Clinics at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affair Medical Center, Houston, Texas. In this role, a leader, educator, and facilitator in promoting and advancing the staff professional development. The PNAAF/PNAA Lead Infection Prevention & Control Champion, Asian Pacific Islander American Health Forum (APIAHF) Centers for Disease and Control (CDC) Project Firstline Infection Prevention Control 2020-2021. Future of Nursing 2020-2030 Campaign for Action Summit 2021, participant (AARP Foundation and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation). Has presented in local, state, national, and international levels in various subject matters: clinical, education, leadership, and research. Contributed a body of knowledge in nursing science on the Experiences of Internationally Educated Filipino Nurses working in the United States.
